EXW, FCA or CIF options may be discussed where appropriate. The quotation must name the agreed Incoterm and place or port, and explain which costs and responsibilities are included.
Timing & destination
Delivery timing depends on stock readiness, inspection, documentation, carrier schedules and destination requirements. We confirm a route-specific estimate rather than promise the same transit time for every shipment.
Before dispatch
Agree transport arrangements, required documents, weight confirmation, packing, insurance responsibilities and the process for reporting any delivery discrepancy.
